This is a draft, written in plain language, while CountSI is on a waitlist. It will be replaced before the product opens to clients.
Who we are
CountSI is a product of Keovation Solutions. For this waitlist, we are the responsible party for the details you send us.
What we collect
The waitlist form asks for three things: your name, a South African WhatsApp number, and the type of business you run. We do not ask for ID numbers, bank details or your books on this site.
Why we collect it
So we can message you on WhatsApp when a place opens, and so we know roughly what kind of businesses are waiting. That is a legitimate interest in starting a service, and your consent when you submit the form.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not send marketing from this form beyond the waitlist message you asked for. We do not use the number to join unrelated groups.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details are kept until you join, you ask us to delete them, or the waitlist closes. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, object to the processing, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. When the product is live, a fuller notice will cover books, invoices and messages, including how long working papers are kept.
