These terms cover this website and the waitlist only. They are a draft. A client agreement will sit in front of any accounting work.
The waitlist is not a retainer
Submitting the form does not create an engagement, does not reserve a price, and does not make CountSI your accountant. We will message you if and when a place opens. You can ignore that message.
No published prices
Nothing on this site is an offer at a particular fee. Service levels are still being decided. When we talk, we will say what is included before any work starts.
Examples on this site
Chats, invoices, ledgers and figures are invented illustrations. They are not a client ledger and not a promise of a particular outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not submit a WhatsApp number that is not yours. Do not use the form to send abuse. We may delete waitlist entries that look automated or harmful.
South African law
These draft terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If a dispute arises about the website or waitlist, South African courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
We will replace this draft before launch. Continuing to use the site after that notice means you are reading the new version.
